Il Team Business Model Engineering sviluppa modelli di business, strumenti a supporto delle decisioni e piani di azione strategici, per imprese e istituzioni che intendono avviare progetti di innovazione e trasformazione digitale, finalizzati ad aumentare la sostenibilità del proprio business. La conoscenza delle dinamiche presenti in numerose filiere produttive, dei trend tecnologici, economici e sociali permette a Fraunhofer Italia di sostenere i propri partner, nella gestione di sistemi di produzione e decisionali complessi, caratterizzati dalla combinazione di tecnologie avanzate e reti di agenti eterogenei.
