Developing advanced control systems for configurable robots

A promising route to achieving high efficiency production, as well as fast adaptation to challenging customization requirements, is to combine modular, easily reconfigurable robots with fast programming methods using automatic learning techniques. On the one hand, special importance is given to flexibility aspects for modern robotic systems that are easily configurable (both hardware and software), based on the Robot Operating System (ROS) and allow safe and effective collaboration with operators.
